OXEA products are only available to professional sports retailers. We do not sell directly to the general public.
At present our products are available in over 200 retail outlets within the French Alps.
We are actively extending our geographical coverage of Europe. The official 2012 launch in Switzerland begins in April. Other countries will follow in 2013.

Welcome to OXEA, a registered trademark of SARL OKIALIS. These Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of sunglasses and goggles from our website for delivery to customers in France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

a. All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by SARL OKIALIS.

a. All prices displayed on our website are in euros and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
b. SARL OKIALIS reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
c. Payment for orders must be made using the accepted payment methods listed on our website. We utilise secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

Product Information:
a. We strive to provide accurate and detailed product information on our website. However, SARL OKIALIS does not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or complete.
b. Colours and sizes of the sunglasses and goggles may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and other factors.

Delivery:
a. We offer shipping to France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
b. SARL OKIALIS will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered within the estimated timeframes, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.
c. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds:
a. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the products within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy [Returns Policy to be confirmed].
b. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy, and SARL OKIALIS reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned products do not meet the specified conditions.
